We are delighted to welcome Chef Hubert Maetz this month as part of our Michelin-Chef series of dinners.
Hubert Maetz is from a small village in Alsace not far from the historical city of Rosheim. After graduating from the Hospitality School of Strasbourg, he started his training in some of the most highly regarded brasseries in the area such as Au Romain and aux Armes de France. He also spent time with acclaimed French Chef Antoine Westermann whose restaurant climbed from two Michelin stars to three stars. He later opened his own restaurant Le Rosenmeer which was awarded a Michelin Star in 2005.
In Mouhot’s Dream, he will concoct a gastronomic dinner showing the best of modern French Haute-Cuisine. Join us to experience a seven course menu featuring Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Open-face Frog Legs & Snails Ravioli, and Lobster and River Prawns with Alsace Saffron along with other famous French delights
