After twenty years of experience alongside some of the industry’s leading restaurateurs and hoteliers, Berrigaud brings a wealth of experience to Cambodia. The chef prides himself on cooking from the heart, blending great passion and pride, whilst continually looking to learn from every experience possible. Combining vast expertise in the culinary arts, creative imagination and knowledge of French wines, Berrigaud is sure to drive excellent results for the property. An experienced chef, Berrigaud began his career in various Michelin Star restaurants in France such as du Domaine St Martin, a Relais & Chateau property, and Hotel du Palais, a member of Leading Hotels of the World. The chef continued to perfect his talents in some of the country’s top kitchens before moving to Southeast Asia in 2003.
